What We Are Looking For
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Experience with customer support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom.
Familiarity with troubleshooting technical issues or software products.
A customer-first mindset and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
Experience in a SaaS or tech company.
Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, or technical documentation.
Multilingual skills (preferred but not required).
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department.
Document customer interactions and common issues to improve processes.
Provide feedback to the product and development teams to enhance user experience.
Contribute to creating and updating support resources such as FAQs and guides.
